The fireclay stone of natural clay has been fired twice. Produced in a German clay hut. Completely non-toxic. The stone retains a lot of heat energy and releases it slowly. The edges and corners are rough. Consuming a broken off fragment of the stone is completely safe for people. Please note: The stone can break, so do not drop it. Dimensions: 400 x 300 x 31 mm. Fits in any normal oven. If necessary, can be shortened easily with an angle grinder. Recommended product use: Place the cool pizza stone in onto the grill or baking tray in the oven and turn on the oven. (250 C, top-bottom heat) – Preheat for approx. 35-45 minutes - Now you can place the pizza, flambée, baguette or bread onto the stone. For 1-2 pizzas turn off the oven and bake the pizza for approx. 5-6 minutes, for more pizzas leave the oven on, so that the stone does not cool down - remove the pizza and enjoy your meal - let the oven and the stone cool off fully. If you need to clean the stone, please do not use water under any circumstances. Scraping or brushing the stone is sufficient.
