BELAZU Rose Harissa, 170 GR

BELAZU Rose Harissa has become an indispensable star in my kitchen, transforming ordinary meals into extraordinary culinary experiences. This 170g jar is a treasure trove of bold flavors and aromatic spices that elevate any dish to a whole new level. The first thing that captivated me was the enticing aroma that wafted out as soon as I opened the jar. The fragrance of rose petals, combined with the rich smokiness and heat of the harissa, hinted at the culinary adventure awaiting my taste buds. The texture of this harissa is a perfect balance – smooth enough to spread effortlessly, yet with enough texture to add depth to sauces, marinades, or dips. Its versatility is truly impressive – I've used it as a condiment, a marinade, and even mixed it into yogurt for a tantalizing dip. The flavor profile is a symphony of tastes. The heat level is just right – enough to provide a gentle kick without overpowering the other spices. The addition of rose petals brings a unique floral note that adds sophistication and depth to the overall taste. It's a harmonious blend that adds a layer of complexity to both simple and elaborate dishes. I particularly appreciate the authenticity of BELAZU Rose Harissa. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and there are no artificial additives or preservatives. It's a product that aligns with a commitment to natural, authentic flavors. The 170g size is perfect for home cooks who want to experiment with flavors without committing to a large quantity. A little goes a long way, making it a cost-effective choice for those looking to infuse their meals with the magic of Rose Harissa. BELAZU Rose Harissa has earned its place as a culinary gem in my pantry. It's a flavor powerhouse that adds depth, heat, and a touch of elegance to my dishes. If you're a food enthusiast looking to elevate your culinary creations, do yourself a favor and add BELAZU Rose Harissa to your repertoire. Your taste buds will thank you!

Excellent product! Came very well packaged - no leaks. Definitely recommend for those who love Harissa. I would describe it as mild, not overly spicy, with a pleasing hint of rose. Update! I purchased 3. All were very well packaged in bubble wrap. Despite the excellent packaging one jar did leak slightly, not enough to warrant throwing away. I do think that whoever produces these needs to know that there is a production issue with lids not creating a firm seal. When I touched the lid of the second jar to check its seal, it instantly opened. Still deserves 5 stars for the product. Lid seal issue needs to be resolved.

This is hands-down, the best for making a delicious tomato, cucumber, chickpea salad. The price has gone up since tariffs started, but I’m still going to buy this in bulk whenever I can because nothing else I’ve tried gives this flavor profile.

I love the flavor of this harissa, it is rich and not too hot. The company has a problem with their jar lids so sometimes they arrive leaked all over the place and of course the oil is bright orange and stains. Everything. If the brand reads this you need to fix your Packaging. One other thing, although I do like the rose petals, I wish the texture was smoother. this order I had to transfer the contents out to another jar because the jar was such a mess.

was introduced to rose harissa because of the Ottolenghi Simple cookbook we have. Really enjoy the recipes and cannot find rose harissa in the stores (and you can not buy it directly from Belazu). I've ordered and it has arrived leaking, which is probably fine but it is supposed to be refrigerated after opening. I now order when the weather is cool and buy several at a time so they come better padded in shipping.

I mix a little olive oil with this, and it's great drizzled on anything that needs a little zing.

I don't know what this is, but it's not "paste." It's more like the consistency of the harissa "sauce" that I got locally, or at least I'm guessing it should be. Even worse than not being "paste," it's not smooth. It's separated into clumpy bits of red chili peppers (I guess?) and whatever else is in it, and oil. Mixing does nothing at all. What is this even supposed to be? Because it's for sure not "paste." Deeply disappointed, and wish I could return it.

WOW!!! Beautiful Blend of Flavors!!! I will definitely order again/keep it in stock!!!☺️👍 Thank You for A Wonderful Product!!!! ****Just a note, the lid on the jar was not very tightly secured. My first jar I ordered leaked profusely in the packaging. However, I am very glad I was able to get it replaced!!! The second order, the jar's lid, again, was not tightly secured either but it didnt leak, "thankfully!!!" It was very much worth reordering!!! Great Product!!!

A delicious tasting experience. It’s blend of savoury ingredients that add to with vegetables, lamb , apricots and added water makes a super and filling dish. I make it in my tagine and serve with rice . I often reserve some paste to cover boiled potatoes and fry them off to serve with the main meal also if there’s lots of family coming for tea. Quite a Delightful experience all round!

Cooking international meals has you searching the the "HIt" taste. This is nothing like you ever tasted. It has heat, but just enough, and a savory softness, It says made with roses. But there is no after taste of it. Shashuska's will be memorable with this harissa. It stands on it's own for tasty harissa. Wonderful product. It fits in every meal. Highly recommend it. 5*****
