Amazing treadmill! Very smooth + warranty with product!
Review: This an amazing treadmill, very heavy and sturdy. Putting it together is pretty simple since most of the treadmill has been put together when you get it. The arms are allen wrenched on and feels very sturdy. The monitor is very nice but has no backlight (you'll need a light to come down onto it to get good visibility on it) and is affected by colder conditions. This is definitely a premium product made to be indoor. We left the treadmill in a garage since we like to keep our workout equipment separate. The treadmill itself is bulletproof and I have no doubt that it'll keep on working whether there is a power outage or a extreme temperatures / conditions (only the monitor would be affected where it won't turn on, when temperatures get back to normal it works perfectly!). It's the main appeal of us getting this product in the first place! No motor = always works + environmentally friendly! The curve is also not that aggressive, so it's easier for both older and younger folks. The faster you go, the more challenging it gets. The slower you go, the easier and more gentle it is. I have tried a Woodway treadmill and that thing is a challenge! The curve is very aggressive and I could see it as being a challenge. Every step also feels unrealistic with the planks giving way to absorb impact. It feels awkward if your are casually walking on it. The IN10CT treadmill is much more stable and feels more like walking on a fairly solid surface which I like a lot! Packaging: The person confirming the delivery date was very nice and made the scheduling process a breeze. However, when we got our product, the person handling the product just left the product on our driveway without any notification, and when we tried to flag him down to help us move it into where we wanted it, he didn't pay any mind and left us. This would having nothing to do with the product, but it is something to consider if you live in a busy area or would need help moving this product. It's extremely heavy! It is also well packaged! Sturdy pieces of wood protecting the important parts, and not as important parts have light protection. Altogether, the packaging has just the right amount of protection to get it to where it is shipped. Be sure to have some tools to break down the packaging! Warranty: The people over at Home Workout USA are great! We noticed the monitor would not work in extreme temperatures and asked the rep if this is a known issues. Within a day, Darren responded and answered this question immediately. We noted that we would like a second monitor in case our conditions cause the monitor to break and Darren placed an order for another monitor to be shipped to us without further questions! That's what I call service! Bottom Line: This is a premium treadmill that has a great warranty. To date, this would be my favorite curved treadmill I've used and will continue to use for a while!

bad shipping
poor shipping... 2 months late product damaged... had to remove plastic faring as it was impeding belt... some scew holes too small for screw... holes not redrilled after powder coating... some cracking peeling of powder coat finish...had to keep resistance lever loose as 1 setting on handle was actually 2 resistance setting on dashboard.... still functional... not as smooth as woodway curve ... bearings could be better... able to seed up to a jog... but belt is not loose enough to sprint... belt should be tighter as it droops too much under and drags on floor... had to adjust height of back feet... which took away incline of the curve ... impeding ability for belt to move faster when person runs... okay product...bad shipping... I would get a Woodway next time

INCREDIBLE
My husband and I have used a different brand of these manual treadmills at the gym and been really happy with the workout they give you!! My husband has developed Alzheimers and needed just such a machine that he doesn't have any confusing buttons to push, goes at his rate, and stops when he does. This is PERFECT. Even for me- no adjusting speed buttons up or down & waiting for a machine belt to respond.. THIS ONE responds to ME... seamlessly adjusting to MY rate changes. I put-off buying one because of price but finally realized we cant get to the gym often, and if I have learned nothing else its when you find gear you like, spend the $ on quality - you wont regret it. I WAS worried, but all worry vanished when it arrived. Even the quality of the packaging was first-rate - no chance of damage in-transit! And, the instructions to put it together were the clearest I have EVER seen. I'm 61 and was able to follow them & put it together - hardware & even tools come with it. I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance of this treadmill - its even a LOT quieter than the ones at the gym! GFet one and enjoy - whether for a power-walk, jog, or all-out hard run it will not disappoint.

Best Ever
Best treadmill ever! Very sturdy and can handle fast speeds and heavier weight. On the expensive side, but worth it. You need to have a large area for it.

It was a good treadmill, with faulty manufacturing.
I liked this treadmill for the 1.5 years it worked, but it developed a buzz and violent rattling about a year and a half in. I reached out to the seller to activate the sellers 3 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship, they basically told me to fix it myself without a proper diagnosis on what was going on (which generally null and voids any warranties with anything) Buyer beware.

Human Powered Treadmill > plug in pace setters
I don’t own this treadmill, but there is one at my gym and it’s awesome. I’m a bigger guy at 225 lbs and I knock out 2 miles of sprints 3 days a week with no leg pain. Smooth track, good shock absorption and very easy to use. NOTE: I recommend you use a progression with any curved treadmill until you get the hang of it. Haven’t figured out to change the screen it MPH v Km/h

Had to have a couple strong contractors bring the base upstairs for me but once the base was in place, it was easily assembled by myself (I’m a small woman) with the included tools. Works great and love that you can hop on it and instantly start walking/running without having to fiddle with any settings or powering it on, and hop off just as easily. After my elderly parents (in their high 70’s) visited for a week, my dad ordered one for himself and is shipping it all the way to their home in Asia. I mostly like to walk and powerwalk on it but my dad likes it for HIT (high intensity training) where you alternate walking and running, which is generally not possible on a traditional powered treadmill. He was amazed at how quickly the curved treadmill amped up his heartrate. Burns calories WAY faster than my top if the line rower (which I’m now looking to get rid of, because this is so much better) and with much less strain on the body. This is now my favorite piece of equipment in my home gym. Only complaint is that the yellow lines on the sides are stickers which are starting to lift in some areas, but no biggie as it’s just a cosmetic flaw. The machine itself is a solid purchase. Very happy with it.

Summary: Overall a great experience, feels really good running on it for long periods. I haven’t run outside since I got it. The overall quality and durability seems adequate. -The first day I ran it was difficult to control the speed of the belt (think of a hamster running on a wheel who loses control). Over the weeks though, I have adapted pretty well. I can usually run an easy or medium pace without concentrating too hard, much like when you drive car down the highway for an hour and realize you haven’t been paying much attention. However, I find it becomes more difficult if I am trying to make slight alterations to maintain an exact pace. It Is a skill that I am still learning. However, overall, I don’t feel like it is more mentally taxing than running outside because many external stimuli have been eliminated (e.g., cars, pedestrians, terrain changes). -I kept hearing that curved treadmills force you to run “correctly”, which confused me for some time as I generally didn't feel any different running on this treadmill compared to running outside. However, because you are striking on a curved surface, your foot automatically hits at the midfoot/forefoot instead of the heel, making it more difficult to heel-strike on the treadmill. This style of running decreases impact on your knees (although puts more stress on the calves). Also the rubber track is much softer than asphalt or concrete. This is not necessarily the correct way to run, but some people find it beneficial (including me). -The belt is more narrow than I’d like. I don’t know what the efficiency/maintenance/financial cost is to have a wider belt but I would have gladly sacrificed 2 inches on each side of the “step off area” to have a wider belt. However, after a couple of weeks, I have mostly stopped thinking about it. -The manual is insufficient. There is a parts diagram, however, 535 parts are printed on one half of an 8 X 11 page making it almost unreadable. There is a trouble-shooting section and suggests you lubricate the pulleys or tighten/realign the belt depending on the problem but no information about how to actually do that or how to access these parts. If you do need to access the inner belt/pulleys, you need to take it apart (unhook the electrical, unbolt the the handle bars, unscrew the side panels) which is a pain. I would have preferred a machine with “easy-access” panels for regular maintenance jobs. -I find the buttons on the console difficult to push. Also there is no backlight. These are annoyances more than than a real problem. Additionally you are supposed to be able to convert metric to imperial but this doesn’t work for me when I follow the instructions from the manual. It measures in kilometres only. -There is a Heart Rate indicator on the console, which is nice, but no information in the manual about how to connect it to a heart rate monitor. My Polar H10 connects automatically and my heart rate shows up on the console, although I have no idea if it is connecting via Bluetooth or ANT+. The console also gives a power reading (in watts). I’m still trying to figure out the accuracy and usefulness of this information, but I like that it’s there. I seems that power always corresponds to a particular speed (e.g., 1000 watts = 6.5 km/hour) -Other info -Made in China. The sides of the “base” that flank the track are plastic -I managed to bring it in the house and down the stairs by myself (with careful planning and difficulty- not recommend). It was too wide to fit through my front door in the box, unless I turned it on its side. So I took it out of the box and used the grab bar underneath to wheel it in. The good thing about the box is that it protects everything and keeps it in place, however, just realize that the unattached handrail, as well as the wood and cardboard that the unit is packed with, must be at least 100 lbs. -My unit came from Florida to Ontario. I didn’t pay sales tax or import duties. I don’t know if I got away with something, so your experience may vary. - I’ve been running barefoot and it feels really good (although the manufacturer suggests you wear shoes of course). My feet get black from running barefoot and make a mess on the shower floor. -The track drags on the shag carpet as it turns. It’s probably not a problem. -It was worth the money. I’ve been running for over 30 years. I’m not really competitive anymore but I still consider running an important part of my life. I just don’t want to run outside anymore for a variety of reasons. I usually run on it for about an hour at a time at a slow pace, although I’ve also used it at more prolonged intense pace and it worked well. I set up some KEF LSX speakers a few feet away at ear level, and it’s a lot of fun!

Delivery was very inconvenient. If you live in an apartment, notify the delivery calling agent that you require 2 people to drop off the item to your apartment door step and that they must take the wooden pallette away. Luckily, I had someone to help me with this 600lbs item, but if it was just me, I wouldn't have been able to put it in the elevator and push it to my door, I'm a 5.2' lady with a small frame. For the price, delivery should be more appealing and accommodating. Once unwrapped, I was able to roll the item into the house and assembling the remaining features together was very easy. I've been using the treadmill for a month now and it works fantastic. The belt moves effortlessly when walking, jogging, or running on it. The console is very easy to use. The curve on the treadmill is great because if I want resistance I stay at the top of it and gradually make my way to the middle when I'm feeling tired or about to finish my workout. I use the machine every day for 30 - 40 minute jogs/runs and have noticed that neither my plantar fascitis nor knees hurt. I am very pleased with this product as I strongly recommend it for those that are too shy to run outside, or want to keep fit year long.

Love this Curved treadmill. I am a former silver Medalist at the OCAA running for Cambrian College. My spine and calves have taken a beating over the years and was in the market for the best treadmill during winter months for training with the least impact on my body. Curved treadmills offer this great feature. It makes you land mid-foot strike which allows for the most shock absorption possible. The IN10CT is the best price yet still VERY WELL BUILT... Use it very day and NO issues with my lower back, calves or anything. At 47 years old i might be returning to running due to these wonderful therapeutic treadmills.

I own a gym and these are quietly machine for a great price compared to other curve treadmills(assault air treadmill). Commercial or home it does the job, highly recommend these. They burn 44% more calories then a regular treadmill and 30% more then what you would do outside, with no impact on ankles, knees, hips and the back. All my clients love this, with it having no impact on the joints it’s great for rehabbing and teaching people how to use their gate efficiently(run properly). If you are thinking about getting one of these you will not regret it. Comes in a big crate, well packed and very easy to put together compared to other fitness equipment. They have great customer service, I needed to deal with a little issue I messaged them and got a reply instantly. They are here to help you. 5 star service, 5 star product. Well worth it!!
