Exercise Bands

Have to say that these hip bands are great! I use them to strengthen my leg training. Great for strengthening your hip flexors or just extra burns to your underarms. Moderate width, no slipping or scrolling. Made from soft elastic/elastic fabric, it is safe to touch with direct skin, even if you stretch it to the extreme during exercise, it will not scratch the skin. At the same time it is a solid product; the reinforced rubber thread is stitched in several layers to ensure that it will not tear or break. Products worth relying on!

Previously those rubber bands were easy to break and there was not much resistance. But thisa product is not the same, in addition to providing strong resistance, it is very strong, as long as you do not always take it to the sun, I think its life should be very long. Because it can remain as it is when it is used up, it will not stretch at all and will not rebound. I am very eager to have a peach-like hip. With it, my wishes should be realized soon.

All the bands were the same size, whereas the reviews all shows how the bands were different sizes in length. The length for all the bands is also very wide so the resistance is limited. The reviews also included different colored bands which were red, black, and pink which is VERY MISLEADING. Upon arrival, the pink band is EXTREMELY loose and provides NO resistance. The gray and aqua bands are okay. I believe I was mislead to thinking that the bands would be of differing lengths based upon the reviews and photos. It is also unfair that 1 band, the pink band is essentially useless due to it having no resistance and being too wide. I thought the product would be different based on other reviews but my expectations were not met.*Updated: I reached out to their customer service due to the problem as stated above and their customer service was phenomenal. I would now rate 5 out of 5 for their customer service that went above and beyond. I look forward to purchasing a different product in the future when it is back in stock. Thank you.

To buy bands, it is recommended to buy good quality, after all, every three or two days will be subject to high-intensity training. Especially if you are skeptical about damage. You don't have to worry about this product! Also try to wear naked, there is no problem at all. These exercise bands that are very sturdy and most importantly do not burn the leg skin when stretched strongly. Yes, there is a slight taste of latex between the comments, but it does not affect the use. After all, it is a natural latex taste, but I like it. Recommended to buy.

They are of good value and ok! Just ok!

I was hesitant to buy these. I was not very confident about my thighs (5 feet 3 inches, 155 pounds). I have some worries before, despite many positive comments. Ok, when I received the hip bands, all doubts did not exist! The color is full, the fabric is thick, the stitching is tight, and the stretch is very good! The biggest one (17") is easy for my squat training. I don't experience any slipping, even wearing smoother nylon tights. Each band is beautiful in color and fits well with a vented mesh bag. There is also a training action guide with 8 sets of training action guides. This is very helpful, especially for beginners like me! This purchase is very enjoyable and I hope to give you a reference.

I just received the hp bands just a few days after I finished the order. Recently, I have been strengthening my leg training, so I use this resistance bands to increase resistance training. They are really suitable for crab walking, squatting, bow and arrow training. There are also training instructions in the black box. Although there is no text in the succinct, you can understand the action essentials at a glance. Everyone can perform according to their own training plan. I recommend these straps to people who want to exercise their hips and legs!

I must say this product is a great price my concern however is I personally feel they're a little too sturdy I used to purchase the rubberBands and the always broke on me unfortunately with these I can only use the large and even that doesn't stretch as I would like but over all good price for 3 especially if you can use all 3
