Super handy addition to our meeting sound system
This adapter cable is just great! I needed to power a Shure wireless microphone receiver (needs 12 vdc) from a device that has a USB port delivering 5 vdc at 2.0A. This port was intended to charge a mobile phone or tablet. This inexpensive adapter cable let me connect the receiver right to the USB port. The coax connector was an exact for for the powered device. I no longer have to carry an AC adapter for the wirless microphone kit.

These cords work great for the monitor for my Bach up camera. The supplier provided the link to order them easily. If you need this cable, I would recommend purchasing these cables.

Works for my intended use. Emergency power for modem/router
So I tend to try to prepare for the worst case scenario and since I have some massive power banks. I figured if I could power my modem router in a power outage without using my generator this would be perfect. I purchased a asus router that I just keep around to connect to my phone mobile data to run my essentials during a power internet outage. Usb tethering making for a much more reliable service then just a Hotspot. Helping with streaming and keeping everyone from going crazy on me. If this is your way of thinking this will work for the said application.

This item only works with a few 12V devices,
This device is good for some 12V wifi routers, 12V bluetooth speakers and perhaps 12V Monitors for desktop and gaming, it also works on desktop disc drives if you have an adapter for it, depending on what the device whattege rating is, this device may not work if the 12V device you connect it to requiers higher whattege, make sure you test it out on the 12V devices that this item may work on, it doesnt work for all 12V devices.

USB A to 12v doesn’t work. Overheats. Grab USB C to 12v
The USB A struggles and overheats for the 12v version. Grab a USB C to 12v cable for that. USB A to 9v of the same brand works great.

Prodotto di buona fattura, usato per accendere una striscia led di 50 centimetri dietro il televisore utilizzando la porta USB dello stesso, Funziona egregiamente oramai da qualche mese. Ho dato quattro stelle perché le specifiche tecniche sono carenti, ovvero non è scritto quanti milliampere supporta come carico, specifica tecnica molto importante.
