so yummy!
these are SO yummy! i've tried a few flapjack treats before, but these ones are much better! they smell and taste similar to brownies, the value for how many you get is really good too! texture is a little dry, but nothing that a drink can't help with. helps get some energy and calories up, without going into dangerous territory with sugar. packaging is good quality.

Graze Cocoa Vanilla Protein Flapjack - 53g (Pack of 9) There are pros and cons to this product. On the one hand, it is tasty and satisfying and contains recognisable ingredients. On the other, it is high in fat and sugar and low on protein. It is a tasty snack, not a health food or protein bar. === THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT === * Contains recognisable ingredients like oats, golden syrup, sunflower seeds and cocoa powder (rather than lots of chemicals) * Tasty and chocolatey * The portion size is just right for a satisfying snack === NIGGLES === * Contains flavouring ("natural flavouring" is just a chemical that's been made in a factory from material that at some point arose in nature) * Low fat content. This product is described as a "protein flapjack", and it does have more protein than a regular protein but is not equivalent to a protein bar. Protein bars will contain 20-30g of protein, whereas this contains 8.9g protein * High in sugar - contains 25% sugar! * High fat content (25%) * Protein bars tend to have a roughly equal balance of protein and carbs with a small amount of fat; in this product, it's 47% carbs, 8.9% protein and 25% fat. It's a completely different balance. * If you've had soy protein crispies or soy protein products before, you will recognise the distinctive flavour; it's definitely an acquired taste For sale at the time of writing this review at £9 (RRP £9.99).
