I am 5'4" 150 lbs. Very short waisted. I first purchased the large, but it felt too bulky around the middle. I returned it and ordered the small. Much better fit for me. So far I am wearing it only around the house because it does get tiring after about an hour. Am pleased to notice that even after I take it off, I still hold myself upright better. So I feel I have made a wise purchase. I don't have great posture. 😩 But I feel it is helping me to train those muscles. I like it that the bars are removable, without compromising the effect. Eventually I will add them back in as I get used to wearing it.

Good material, however, very uncomfortable to wear. At least for me.

I bought this for my sister with Parkinsons because she can't stand up straight.

This back brace works fairly well. It helps pull my shoulders back and reminds me to stand up straighter. It is not very comfortable, but you’re only supposed to wear it a maximum of two hours per day. Certain activities are not possible while wearing it, as it does chafe a bit it you are reaching up to clean something.

Was a gift for my 83 yr old mother. She's been using it since I bought it and seems to like it.
