I got what I ordered, but was a little smaller than I thought it would be from looking at the picture. It was my fought as it did give the size that I did not read.

This has become my every day carry pocketknife. Perfect size for everything from letter or box opening and carving.

Back some 64 years ago my father in law gave me a pen knife, see the picture. He owned a cleaners and one of the items often left in pockets were small knives. I had just turned 16 at the time and was dating his daughter now my wife of over 60 years. It had only two blades and the smaller I kept razor sharp so it finally succumbed to thinning and broke off many years ago. I have carried this knife everyday of my life since then. I have many knives and even built hunting knives but this has alway bee with me. For several years I've been looking for a replacement and haven't found any to my liking.... Until. I use to carry a larger buck in my back pocket along side my wallet and was taught to use it for defense. I filed the corners off it to see the wear on the pocket and lowered the center to make it easier to grasp the blade and flip open. After years of service, I broke the blade and currently have a new one on the dresser but no longer have a reason to carry it. I even have a hatchet, still in the box and razor sharp that has never been used. Any way, I looked on Amazon for a replacement for my pen knife and found this one that looked comparable. Three blades but the same length. Delivered in a couple of days and all blades razor sharp, an almost exact replacement for my old one. Right now I'm carrying both. Can't seem to leave my old friend behind yet. This small buck knife is a perfect replacement and my son will get it when I pass.
