The reviews complaining about clear vs cloudy pills are making me crazy! They contain coconut oil! Coconut oil will melt or be solid depending on the temperature. That’s why you see them looking cloudy or clear or somewhere in between. If you hold it in your hand it will be clear. If your room is cold it will be cloudy. Good grief, people! My actual review… I love how small these are, making them easy to take. I appreciate that they have both D3 and K2. I’ll definitely repurchase.

Love that this supplement is vitamin D3 with K2 (MK7). A lot of other brands don’t have MK7! They are small and easy to swallow.

I was in so much joint pain after taking these for a week. My other brand was just vitamin D and I felt great so im not sure if its the added k2 or the cloudy pills. I never had joint pain before taking these and now the pain is a 5 out of 10. No more med advice from Instagram.
