I've seen Lemon and just plain mineral water ( in addition to the Lime flavor).

where are the ingredients listed?

On the back of the label- opposite side of the bottle from the front of the label; in the section below “Nutrition Facts,” then comes “Ingredients.” There are only two: “Carbonated mineral water, organic natural flavour (lemon).”

Does it actually taste like lime, so kids will drink it?

I always add lime to my seltzer when out, so this was a pleasant add on to my shopping list. Just a light, nice taste of lime, not overbearing. Will definitely buy again.
