Works great for cough, nasal and chest congestion. I ordered a second bottle in case I need it. Great product!

The only product that will allow you to sleep when sick
I had terrible bronchitis for 3 months. Along with antibiotics, steroids and and inhaler I used this every night. It is effective. I relieved my pain, fever and chills. It lasted all night.

Works But at a Price
Effective but troublesome in that this product contains an ingredient which negatively affects the nerve in my legs causing a strong desire to get up, move around and flex in order to try and squelch or alleviate. Basically it causes RLS or Restless Leg Syndrome. Takes about two or three hours to dissipate.

Amazing at relieving deep nasal and chest congestion. Drink tons of water!!
This winter has been the worst for us getting sick!! And this seems to be the only thing that helps us quickly get rid of the deep nasal and chest congestion. It definitely thins and loosens it while it’s in your system. Just drink lots of water!!!
