I love using this powder to naturally color smoothie bowls, pancakes, and baked goods. It blends easily, has a mild taste, and packs in antioxidants. The vibrant purple hue is so fun and totally Instagram-worthy. Clean eating made colorful!

It is nutritionally better for you - but . . .
It does make your baking item taste different. Although I’m glad I purchased it, I may use only half next time and then maybe a bit of food coloring too just to keep the taste of whatever I’m making delicious and expected.

UBE lovers must have it
If you love ube, this powder is a must-have. The flavor is very rich and authentic, but it’s not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It gives a strong natural ube taste without being artificial. I like mixing it with mashed sweet potato to make a quick ube mash or ube paste, and the color and flavor turn out amazing. It’s also great for baking or adding into desserts. Definitely a pantry staple for any ube lover! 💜

Love it!
I bought this for my lab and everybody loves using it. The color can be more of a pinkish purple without pH adjustment but it looks great. We've use it for coloring fruit leather and making soy-based inks. It's a good addition to any vegetable-powder color collection.
