~ I have been using this on my knee and it seems to be helping a bit ~ Not like I thought it would though ~ It's possible I have torn something in my knee cap area hence why I am still having issues kneeling ~

Easy roll on and great price point
you have to like, or be able to tolerate, the smell of menthol. What I love about the roll on - versus the gel - on is not having to wash my hands 3 times to get rid of the menthol smell. This has a very cooling effect and quells your aches and pains.
