If youre looking for a good sunscreen with minimum ingredients, this certainly is it. It is not oily and coats your skin better than any sunscreen I have ever used. Swimming around in the ocean or a pool doesn't just wash it off, in fact, you have to kind of scrub it off at the end of the day. The only downside is that it takes a good bit to properly cover your body so make sure to buy plenty.

Excellent ingredients that are safe, really pleased. But be prepared, it's greasy. Super shiny and feels heavy. But it's either that, or the toxic chemicals in the other brands. I go with this. Would be vastly better with daily use if you wear makeup if it dried down. At the pool? No make up? Hiking? Great product. Just a little lighter feeling - has a vaseline type consistency - would be great.

Before purchasing this sun screen, I was looking for a specific sunscreen for my baby, who is eight months old. I follow a dermatologist on IG and she recommended this brand and specific one. (Active) It only has five ingredients in it which is great for sensitive skin and less likely to have a reaction when wearing it. Which is what I was looking for I’m allergic to chemical sunscreen and can only wear a handful of mineral sunscreens. Plus I wanted something safe for my baby. She recommended this one over the kids and baby one from the same brand because the other ones have more ingredients which could potentially irritate the skin. The consistency is very thick and does leave a little bit of a white cast but you have to remember it is all organic and also a mineral sunscreen. If you don’t want a white cast, I would recommend a chemical sunscreen, my baby, my son, husband and I all wore the sunscreen and didn’t have any issues. It is a little harder to rub in and also when taking it off you need to use some kind of cleanser. I recommend based on it being organic and safe. Especially if you are using it on little ones.

Okay, this was the first mineral sunscreen I've tried on brown skin that does not leave a white cast. It takes some time to blend in, but eventually the color fades away from white. I also severely tear up from I would say every sunscreen I've tried, EXCEPT for this one! That said however, I do have an oily skin type, so I cannot wear this on a daily basis. It's very thick and greasy, I will say though, I should have guessed that because its called a sunscreen cream and not lotion, so I should have been aware there. I do think this would work in the winter and on dry skin

No white residue after quickly rubbed onto skin. No smell. Appears to block sun's rays.

Toxin free, no white cast, hardly any smell (slightly a wax smell but not strong), comes out of tube really thick and hardish but melts as soon as you rub your hands. A tiny bit greasy but no more then toxic sunblock. I accidentally bout this one instead of the baby one and did not realize. I used it on my 9 month old while camping (90 degree temp and lots of sun) and had no issues. I have already recommended this to several people! It's one of the most recommended toxin free sunscreens that all of the toxin free people I follow recommended and it's not crazy expensive. It's smaller then most drug store sunscreens but... worth it!

This has been my go-to sunscreen for many years now. It's all natural, almost all organic and it's free of all the scary nasties you'll find in chemical sunscreens. I've found it effective (I don't burn when I sit out in the sun after applying this) and it doesn't irritate my skin. The only downside (and the reason I've given it four stars instead of five) is that it's very thick/oily, so it doesn't spread as easily on the skin as chemical-laden sunscreens. But four stars is still a good rating in my book, and I'd gladly trade a little more effort to apply this for all the harmful ingredients in other types of sunscreens any day. Pros: All natural and almost all organic. Free of harmful, scary ingredients. Effective 30spf protection. Pleasant, very light natural scent. Gentle on sensitive skin (at least on mine). Cons: Very thick/oily and doesn't spread as easily as chemical sunscreens. Bottom line: It's totally worth working a little harder to apply this than risking my health with quick and easy chemical alternatives. I'll keep buying this product and I totally recommend it.

Best suncream for pregnancy. So few ingredients and all super safe, I’m so pleased to have found their products! There is nothing comparable on the market (and I’ve spent a long time searching!). It’s a very thick sunscreen and not like anything I have used before (new convert to mineral) but it lasts really well on my skin and makes me feel really moisturised and protected. It’s obviously not as easily “absorbed” or less greasy than some of the cheaper chemical sunscreen brands but I am happy about that because it’s such a good product and has nothing nasty in it. I wish more Badger products were available on Amazon including their belly butter and SPF 50. Thank you for making products I enjoy and feel safe using! X
