Works great as sound dampening and light blocking
Works exactly as advertised. They are very solid and thick, block all the sun and even better is I bought them specifically because I have a loud sound system that rattles my window. And now I can’t hear the window rattle anymore thanks to these curtains. Also helps dampen road noise. Worth the cost just for that aspect alone, and works way better than the cheaper competitors.

An absolute game changer!
I work from home, but my office doesn't have a door, just an archway off the kitchen. So sound isolation has been really difficult. I bought two sets of these curtains and put them on either side of the archway. It's INSANE how well they work, especially with the air gap in between.

An absolute must
Why didn’t I have these years ago? The blackout is perfect and the sound reduction is simply amazing. Of course it’s not going to get rid of all sound but I can say for sure it’s pretty significant. I live in a metro area with a road maybe 20ft from the front of my townhome. Since adding these to my office and bedroom it’s amazingly quiet. Sirens are reduced to slight background noise and the only things that come through still are mostly very low frequencies.

Heavy enough to damped sound, but not block
It dampens sound, but the claims to block are overstated. It is a heavy curtain though, so make sure to grab an appropriate rod for it

Great blackout and sound resistant curtains
They do great about blocking sound and light.

Great light blockers but dont help with noise
I got 4-layer blackouts mostly for noise reduction since I live super close to a train station. The curtains are excellent to block the light and provide a complete blackout effect but unfortunately don't work for noise reduction. there is absolutely no difference with/without them.

Great quality fabric and design
We were really pleased by how well these work to keep the noise upstairs when watching TV or playing games. We put the 2 panels back to back so the black shows from each side.
