Directions Apply a generous amount to damp hair, leave on for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse off. For best results, use once a week or as needed for dry hair. Review: I have very thick, long hair and always need a good conditioner. I left this in for a few hours and rinsed it out. It really tangled my hair and when it dried it felt stiff and more dry than before using it! Sorry, didn't work for me but maybe if you have thin hair it will work. Good luck!
