Poorboys PB-NL16 Natural Look Dressing, 16 oz

I used this for the first time today on a car that I’ve had (used) for 6 months but have yet to give it a proper detail. The bottle says ‘spray’ but doesn’t come with a spray nozzle... It’s no big deal as it works just fine applied directly to a cloth but I thought it was worth mentioning. What I like about this product is that it’s a very mild cleaner, so I was able to work my way around the car touching up bits without having to keep swapping to a cleaner and back again. As well as the usual textured plastics and rubber seals I have some very glossy dark panels on my interior and it brought those up a treat too. It shifted stubborn makeup grime off my indicator stalks. It made a few scratches on the boot hatch plastics look a lot better. Basically, everything I threw at it came out looking cleaner and better. Don’t underestimate a product that does a lot of things very well! It’s a great timesaver. It has a bit of a marzipan smell but it isn’t strong. It’s pleasant enough. It did stain my fingers slightly so you may wish to wear gloves. That’s probably my only criticism. I did all the plastics and rubber on my hatchback (not including tyres) and used about 20% of the bottle. This was more than I expected but to be fair I did do absolutely everything- boot and engine bay included. It’s best used sparingly. Can you use it on your steering wheel? It doesn’t say specifically not to, but it does feel a bit smooth afterwards - as does the gear lever. Just be careful. The finish is as advertised, a ‘natural’ look and not shiny. It’s a mild sheen at most. It will leave streaks on smooth surfaces so make sure you have a buffing cloth handy. I must say my interior looks mint now. It’s more ‘as new’ than ‘showroom shine’. If it’s an understated look you want then I’d definitely give it a try. I’d buy it again.

I have been using Poorboys natural dressing for years and wouldn’t use anything else. Cleans plastics without leaving a residue and has a nice matt finish. Smells nice too!

Product was great for cleaning and dressing dashboard of car and hasnt dulled

The natural look dressing is really good. It goes on well and leaves a great finish and when buffed it does not feel greasy or sticky. I have used poorboys products for years and have yet to find anything as good for both price and quality. My only bad point with this purchase was not with the product ,but with the fact that the bottle was open on delivery and the contents had spilled out into the bag and envelope it was delivered in. There is no way of contacting the seller to air my concerns without having to fill in a returns form and return the item.

This is the third time I’ve purchased Poorboy’s Natural Look Dressing - in 5 years of cleaning 2-3 cars a week that belong to our family. The life of the product is excellent as you need very little to achieve a clean Matt finish to the interior of your car. The aroma of the liquid is also quite appealing, although I’ve found that the latest batch I’ve received isn’t quite as ‘fresh’ smelling as the first two were. Over the last 30+ years, I’ve used all manner of interior cleaning liquids but nothing has got even close to the finish this gives. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Poor boys was recommended to me to use to try and clean and shine my rubber engine parts as I'm currently detailing my engine absolutely love the stuff it's made a really good finish to my engine and makes it really stand out

Looking for something to keep dashboards matt I read about this on detailing forums. It smells gorgeous - like marzipan and cleans beautifully, wiping off easily and not leaving surfaces shiny. Can be used to clean glass and leather too.

Doe's a decent job, but there is better on the market for the same price. not sure if your allowed to mention other makes, so I err on the side of caution.
