On a whim, I bought this for myself and girlfriend. I could noticeably notice strengthening in my fingers. I ended up even getting a stronger one after this. It also functions very well as a fidget toy. Function and fun. Like… FUNctional.

This works much better for me than a traditional hand grip. I literally felt the difference in strength in 3 days. Awesome that you can work each finger individually.

Just restarted play . This gizmo helps a lot. I’ve seen improvement and use it every day as part of my warm up. That and running scales. Then down to the fun stuff

Strengthened my left hand for long concert playing after being down awhile!

It works but needs more thickness to move it away from the palm. Kind of an awkward position and doesn’t effectively exersize the outermost knuckle of the finger.

ベース初心者です。なかなか小指の押さえる力が足りないのか良い音が出ず・・・小指強化のために購入しました。最初はかなりキツくて握ることができませんでしたが、毎日握っていたら筋トレ効果が出てベースを弾くのにも好影響。最高です。星５つです。

Very helpful in developing more strength & sustainability in my fingers & hands… I’m thinking I might have been better off getting the Black Unit to push myself that bit further..?? Maybe I will if I master this one over time…🤷🏻‍♂️👌😎
