So far so good
So I ordered this pump as a temporary fix until I got a dometic pump($500) for my 16k btu ac unit. After reading the reviews I thought I would be lucky to get a month out of it... well here I am 2 months later still pumping strong. And to be honest working better than the $500 pump I have on a different AC unit... still going to replace with dometic pump but think this is a great option for a temporary fix... or a backup "oh crap" pump. For the money totally worth it but great pump to have in storage just in case

Very Nice Pump and super shipping.
This pump is good quality. I purchased it for my marine air. So far I am very happy and it works great. Real quiet. Oh Yea... I ordered it on Sunday afternoon and for $9.00 from Amazon, I had it at 7:00 am Monday morning. Great Everything. I was sitting on a boat that I live on, in 98 degree heat with no A/C. Had it up and pumping in no time. Do recommend.

Stopped working
Stopped working within a year with no way to contact the seller or request a replacement or refund even though they have a 4 year replacement warranty on their pumps. Waste of money.

Great customer service
I reached out last night to see about a replacement. Since I've only had the pump six months and it died. I had previously reached out when it started acting up a couple of months ago and didn't hear back, but it still worked. Last night it stopped working. It was a little bit of a pain to find the order to be able to reach out. That's not the seller's fault. That's an Amazon thing. The seller reached out super fast asked for me address to send a replacement. Thank you I appreciate it. I hope the replacement lasts a longer

Great pump
