Doesn't Work. Do not oder.
Not once but twice. They sent me replacement but the replacement didn't work. If it was a rating for customer service I would have given a 5 stars. But sadly for them that the review is about the product and no stars for something that never worked.

Useless - won't charge
The USB C cable can't be fully inserted into the product so unable to charge; unable to use. Tried other USB cables and chargers: same issue. Product looks good, but I didn't buy it as a table ornament! Registered for warranty but no email acknowledgement. Very poor start to customer service. Have emailed company. Will post update.

Faulty. Haven’t been able to get it to work.

Battery runs flat without even any use!
Don’t bother. Returning mine due to the battery not lasting once fully charged. Charged for the advised time to then use the product the next day but it was completely flat and hadn’t even been used since being fully charged! So unreliable.

Had two, no resilience
Based on my experience of getting two of these. Good chance it won’t work on arrival, and if it does, great chance it’ll break within a use or two. Can’t imagine what kind of QA these go through
