Bad usb. After testing device thoroughly for a few hours with multiple Android and Linux OS on a raspberry pi, I was ready to box this up and give to charity for a POS terminal for their bake sale... but when I unplugged the usb cable the plastic insulator separating the 4 pins just fell out. Looked whole device over to find what the plastic piece was. Ordering a replacement now... Once the usb issue is fixed... probably just a bad piece from parts vendor.... This is and is not plug and play. Advertising makes it look like you can connect it to a raspberry pi or Android device and voila. But raspberry pi4 native display is above this monitor's ability. You will just get a blank screen. So you will need another monitor first to downgrade the output to 1280 x 720. 1280x1024 is not the right aspect ratio for this wide-screen, so do t use it even though packaging says that is the default display. Touchscreen and build quality are excellent. Great for a POS terminal. Will definitely buy this again and again.

Monitor quality and functionality is alright, but the resolution is listed wrongly here as 1280 x 1024. I cannot understand how today anyone still sells / uses a 1366 x 768 resolution. Too many programs cannot fit on such a low resolution.

Plus a nice display make this item so far worth its price.

Poor quality, The power and HDMI slots are poor design, if you move the screen in any direction whatsoever you will lose connection to the screen or to your mini pc. I had to put a shim in the slot to keep the metal contact connected. I just stopped using the device because I would have start all over if I was to slightly move or shake the desk.

I'm absolutely in love with this touchscreen monitor. The display looks fantastic, and it's absolutely solid due to its weight and very sturdy base. Out of the box the monitor comes with a VGA cable and HDMI cable power cable any USB cable. The USB cable is required if you're going to use the touch screen feature of the monitor since it redirects your touches to act as a mouse. The monitor touch screen is very responsive and works as expected. Although the resolution is not high-definition the screen is clear and looks very nice. I manage two cycling events and use this monitor as my check-in screen during packet pickup for the Riders. It's nice to have the ability to tap on the monitor and perform the necessary functions without needing to reach for a mouse. There is basic cable management (small hook) in the back of the monitor stand, although I didn't bother with it. Overall I'm very pleased and although I haven't been able to use all of the features such as multiple finger gesture, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for small business use.

This touch screen has just the right amount of space on it that it is like looking at a laptop screen but now it is touchscreen capable. The touch screen makes it easy to set up a mini PC because you don't need to carry a mouse with you, you can do it all from the screen.

(update). It's been some months now and probably my 4th time purchasing these and I feel obligate to update with a video review. Ultra stable, sturdy and touch screen is super responsive. My clients love them for POS solutions. Support as well is great. It's the best I've ever used and I've tried quite a few. Will continue to use.
