I really like these spin shoes. Super comfy and easy to walk in.

Had to switch my clips to a flat pedal due to a knee issue. I tried a thick soled sneaker but found my feet cramping. Took a chance and ordered these shoes. Super solid on the pedals, little to no flex, very comfortable and no feet cramping issues since. There is a removable section to add clips to the bottom but my use was for flat pedals. Very happy with my purchase.

I am a size 9.5 and the shoes fit true to size so you don't have to worry about going a size up. They don't come with SPD cleats so you will need to buy your own one there. But outside of that the shoes work great. They have a Velcro straps which allows for easy wear. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

I've used these shoes for 2 months. I bought them thinking that I could use them on my spin bike and then get right into a lifting workout using the same shoes. Unfortunately, the clip-in part of the shoes will scratch a laminate floor. I know because they scratched mine. You have to be careful when walking across most floors. Also, you will not be able to use these as walking shoes. They are extremely stiff and do not give. The next problem is the tow box is like steel boots. The material used is so rigid and will not give. My left foot is fine (not comfortable but fine). On my right foot I almost can't make it through a 30-minute ride. I feel like I have plenty of room but as I pedal, I guess my toes hit slightly. The toe box is so unforgiving and rigid that they will destroy your toes. I've tried tightening them more, but it doesn't help. Like I said it is not a size problem, I feel like I have plenty of room but when you ride your feet move just a bit and it hurts your toes. Keep in mind I have never had a problem with other shoes. If I have a thumb width of room between my big toe and the front of the shoe, I am always fine. I just think the toe box it designed too pointy. I would not buy again. Positives: Look good Velcro makes them quick to get on No laces to make annoying noise when you ride Negatives: Too stiff of a shoe Cannot use for floor workouts or walking Toe box is designed poorly and it too hard and rigid Will scratch wood or laminate floors if your not extremely careful
