Denon DP-300F Turntable for Audio Device - Black

Looks and sounds phenomenal for the price. Even when playing old 45s that have decades of scratches they seem to be suddenly sounding not so scratched. And very good quality records are almost cd quality sound. It looks great too, a very nice shiny finish. The whole thing is very easy to assemble too.

The perfect mid price turntable for my denon dp300. Full of features for easy use. When coupled with a great amp the sound is full and rich.

This is a super super affordable Denon turn table for my old 7 inch and 12 inch records. Its an easy set up of the tone arm and anti scate mechanism. But do take care on doing this. Patience prevails to that brilliant sound quality being heard. Being fully automatic, theres no wear to the needle when the record finishes. Hence having to take the tone arm off manually. Yes some of the reviews to this t/t state the buttons on the selectors for 7 or 12 inch records, and the start, stop buttons are a bit on the flimsy side. But for the price value, it's just a small ? to this other wise superb deck. I've got my deck hooked up to a Marantz 5007 intergrated amplifier, and sonus floor standing speakers, it sounds awesome. ( oh by the way before setting up the t/t make sure to switch the button on the deck to OFF if using an amp, its under the t/t disc. follow the instruction manual, it states this at the beginning of setting up deck). So, all in all, this Denon deck is a sheer delight to have in my lounge. Just one other point, more reviews state the needle needs upgrading as the one supplied is inexpensive and seems the sound quality is insufficient. Well, i can honestly say it isn't a problem with my hi-fi system as yet. This deck is worth every penny spent.

I have owned this for a few years now and its a great turntable for the price, I use it with my Denon Amp and i upgraded the cartridge to an Ortofon Blue ... Sounds fantastic to me and does the job...

After debating on & off what make to go for , I settled on this one , it’s a lovely piece , I combined with the Denon cd player &speakers , fab sound , am delighted with it .fairly easy to set up , came well packaged

C’etait un bon produit..... le prix etait tres concurentiel..... je le recommande.... Si vous l’acheter... pour ne pas etre déçu si vous n’avez pas connu de platine et les annees 70..... une époque pas si reflective.... Je vous conseille, sous la platine metallique, de simplement tirer la ficelle..... et l’emboiter sur.... L’embout en or.... pour activer la finction automatique du moteur de la platine, pour qu’elle tourne en continu... Et que le bouton start s’enclenche..... Revendeur espagnol.... premier achat.... prix d’appel pour un achat impulsif..... tres interessant..... Si comme moi, vous etes un consommateur modere mais client d’objet esthetique.... montre.... hifi..... C’est un achat parfait pour commencer avant d’acheter d’autres produits.... Meine 11 jährige Tochter kam plötzlich mit Platten. Ich war ein bisschen überrascht, zwar sind wir Musikliebhaber, aber Sie hat eine gute Anlange mit u.a. einem Marantz SA 14 S1 Special Edition als CD/ SACD Player, der außerdem als USB DAC für Tidal und Hochbit Dateien fungiert. Von Platten hatte ich mich etwa 1987 getrennt und trotz der Renaissance von Vinyl nicht das Bedürfnis zurückzukehren. Da ich aber grundsätzlich immer bereit bin, meine Tochter zu unterstützen und Platten ein durchaus sympathisches, wenn auch etwas nerdiges Hobby sind, hab ich mich auf die Suche nach einem Plattenspieler gemacht. Der zuerst, auch aufgrund seiner poppigen Farben, ins Auge gefasste Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO kostet allerdings 550€, außerdem hat meine Tochter einen sehr teuren Röhrenverstärker, bei dem ich bewusst auf einen Phonoeingang verzichtet hab, weil ich gedacht hab, dass brauch ich nie mehr (so kann man sich irren! ;-)) Doch dann viel mein Blick auf diesen Denon, Vorverstärker schon eingebaut, Vollautomat, was ich bei einer Jugendlichen auch für einen großen Vorteil halte und gerade mal 222€ für den Plattenspieler, für den die UVP bei 399 € liegt. Die Tests in Audio areadvd oder Stereoplay lasen sich ganz gut, also hab ich ihn bestellt und noch gebraucht ein paar ordentliche Alben organisiert. Die Haptik wirkt etwas billig (Allerdings massives Spritzguss und kein Plastik), aber sonst macht das Gerät einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Ärgerlich: das Chinch Kabel ist fest verbaut und kann nicht gegen ein höherwertigeres getauscht werden. Warum der Denon also hier im Bundle mit einem Chinch Kabel auch verkauft wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Den internen Verstärker über einen Schiebeschalter aktiviert, angeschlossen und gespannt, aber ohne große Erwartung gelauscht. Und siehe da: frisch, offen, melodisch, warm gibt er die kleine Sammlung meiner Tochter wieder und verdient sich direkt Erstaunen und Respekt. Hier und da etwas dumpf, ja, aber keinesweg so muffig, gedrungen, hart und matschig wie schlechte CD Spieler, erst recht mp3s klingen. Als meine Tochter über Nacht bei der Mutter ist, unterziehe ich den Denon noch einmal einer eingehenden Hörprobe. Die Stevie Wonder Songs in the Keys of Life lass ich gegen die 24 bit 96 kHz Tidal und die Japan SHM SACD antreten und der preiswerte Denon schlägt sich überraschend wacker. Hier und da spielt er sogar mit etwas mehr Herz als die Hochbit Datei von Tidal, ohne ganz die Präzision und Klarheit zu erreichen. Erst gegen SHM SACD ist er dann chancenlos. Wohl gemerkt, der Denon muss hier nicht nur gegen Hochbit, sondern auch einen ehemals 2500 € teuren SACD/ DAC Player antreten und dafür macht er seine Sache zum aufgerufenen Preis geradezu sensationell. Die ganze Skepis gegen Vollautomat, Einstiegsplayer usw. war unbegründet, mehr Plattenspieler braucht kein Anfänger und die Möglichkeit das Ding ordentlich zu pimpen, bevor man zu teuren Technics oder Project Drehern aufsteigt, hat man auch. Glasklare Kaufempfehlung für alle Normalos, Gelengenheitshörer, finanzschwache Freaks, Nerds oder Studenten und Vinylanfänger die einfach simpel Platten mit Genuß hören. Der Denon darf bleiben und das gesparte Geld wird jetzt erstmal in den Aufbau einer Plattensammlung investiert.

Très belle platine, finition soigné, qualité d'écoute excellente, mise en marche manuel ou automatique. Je ne suis pas un expert mais pour son prix je suis vraiment content.

Did a lot of research to find a TT that would give me a small footprint paired with a quality active speaker and this Denon DP-300F ticks all the boxes at a great price. Piano black finish looks high end and makes for an attractive piece of furniture as well as a very nice sounding setup. Been using for 6 months and am very happy with how the unit has worked. We are much more inclined to put on some vinyl now. (PS.apologies for the dog barking at the end of the video)
