This has changed my life 😄
I'm over the moon with this product, after 6 years of putting up with all the inconvenience! This actually works, ok its not cheap, but I know from experience how expensive the initial costs of producing such an item is, hopefully the price will come down in the future, if you are restricted in what you can do due to incontinence, go for it, after a day or so of setting it up I found it's really good, one pad a day now instead of up to six and I can go on long walks now where's as I wouldn't have entertained this before.

Incontinence aid
Very poor quality compared with my previous purchase. Very disappointing as the padding peeled off after a small number of uses.

Works if you can stand the pain
The product works fine but I found it really uncomfortable after a couple of hours. I found that my underwear causes the clamp to twist sideways and it digs into the surrounding skin eventually being forced off the penis with the ensuing deluge of urine. If you walk around with no pants on and don't sit down it works fine for a long as you can stand the pain. I gave up trying to use it.

Actually works
My incontinence was getting to the stage where my pads were not able to cope. When I initially found out about incontinence clamps by Googleing I was a bit wary as it seemed a rather drastic solution but reviews of the Dribblestop were good so I purchased a set. I was surprised by the fact that I hardly knew I was wearing one and the quality of the product seems excellent. The enclosed instructions need to be read and followed and my experience was that it needed a little bit of practice to feel confident in handling the device when going to the toilet. Having used it for a couple of months I would recommend it if you reach the stage of incontinence that I have.

happy
for medical reasons my husband has to use these, they are very very expensive for what they are and not the most comfortable thing to have to wear, but needs must, they are not 100% effective but I dont know whether that is even possible without doing damage to the user. great shame they are so expensive but very few options available

Painful!
Wearing this is painful it stops the dripping but catches in underwear and after a few hours is very painful. I would return but have used the Clamps for a few days don't think I can.
