Case included? Yes or No?

No it does not. Only manual and a few extra blades.

Will this saw accept carbide blades?

Not sure. I think that the carbide blades are slightly thicker this saw is a good one for the price.

What is the difference between this saw and the regular 429? Is the "g" just for grip?

The model 429G has a rubber grip on the tool.
