It is definitely noticeably brighter
This screen is definitely an improvement over the original. Less ghosting and brighter. Soldering is challenging depending on what board revision it is. Some revisions can just use a solder bridge and others require a short wire for the bridge. It’s challenging because of how small the solder spot is to not have the wire roll off or get pulled up with the solder tip. I’m very happy with this :)

Doesn't include solder paste
Did not come with promised soldering paste, impossible to install properly without it, no support available

Brighter sharper image with better contrast.
Never mind the fact that I put them both on a tortilla package. But the one with the new screen installed is on the bottom and both are at full brightness. The top one has maybe a few hours of play time since it’s release date in the early 2000’s and the bottom one has been around the block a couple of times. It really brings the life back into the PSP 1000.

It looks good but doesn't come with everything pictured
The display looks really nice. The tube of silver conductive adhesive is not included and the directions are good but the pictures provided are bad.

A new life for your PSP
In no way am I good at soldering, nor have i done much soldering in general, but, after watching a couple videos of the installation for this screen, I was pretty confident in myself to be able to pull it off, and I did. If you're like me and haven't done a whole lot of soldering, or maybe you've never soldered something before, I would HIGHLY suggest that you take the time to do some research. I only say that because there are a lot of small parts and points of contact where you'll be doing the soldering to install this screen. But, with some determination and some confidence built up, I think you can be successful and pull it off. In my opinion and experience, doing the reshell process was more difficult than this installation was.

Did not include the conductive paste
I had to perform the soldering myself because the conductive paste was not included. The paste was the whole point in buying this kit over just buying a different kit

No silver paste
It shipped without conductive paste and now I cannot even connect this to my PSP 1000

Nice screen
Nice screen. Product did not come with conductive paint as advertised though. Very difficult solder short for me to create with my shakey hands. All good otherwise.

Missing 1x Silver conductive adhesive
Got this today.. looking forward to it. But it was missing the 1x Silver conductive adhesive..
