why are you selling a 10 channel transmitter with a 6 channel reciever when flysky makes a 10 channel reciever for this remote???

If you assemble a drone, it supports 10 channels of operation in PPM mode. If you assemble a fixed-wing, ship, tank model, it supports 6-channel operation in PWM mode. The 10-channel transmitter and 6-channel receiver set meets more than 99% of user requirements. Using a 10-channel receiver is a waste of performance and makes the customer bear a higher price.

my 6 foot long rc coastal ore freighter uses 10 channels and i find myself wanting more, selling a 10 channel tx with a 6 channel rx is lazy no?

The transmitter FS-I6X can be matched with the receiver FS-IA10B, which is a 10-channel receiver. You can search and purchase this model of receiver separately at Amazon. If there are many customers who need the 10-channel receiver, we expect to be able to sell it in the next few months.
