How do I change the password? I lost the instructions

These are the instructions of changing the password of money bank: 1.Enter default password: 0000. A green light appears when entered correctly and a red light when wrong. Open the door and push the "*" button until the red light flashes. 2.Release the"*" button and enter your own new 4-digit password within 15 seconds. 3.Press the"#" button until the light stops flashing and close the door.

Unable to reset password after taking battery out. After 5 min hit 0000 green light turns on and the door won’t open. Any tips? Thanks you
