I've got an older version of these stairs and needed another, I recommend them to everyone I know. They're perfect for ferrets. Sturdiness 5/5 Sure, they're made of plastic, but they have an X support to keep them from wobbling (assuming you are following the guidelines for max weight they can support). My old one have been around for 10 years and I got them used, so who knows how long they've been in use. The structure is still in perfect condition though the cover is a bit worn, understandably. My new one is the same style as the old one. Assembly 4/5, you gotta snap the plastic in and sometimes it can pinch you, but the instructions are easy to follow and it's secure after you set it up. 5/5 ease of use - no nonsense. Open holes for the ferrets to play under if they want, they can't get stuck. I cut off the elastics to hold the cover in place (because one of my ferrets started to chew on them) and I don't use the suction cups (chew risk). The cover still stays on well. Ferrets can hop up the steps easily even with mobility issues. They're perfect for helping ferrets get up/down from places they're allowed to be with a little bit of assistance. Currently using them as stairs up to an ottoman which they love to use as a cat walk to lounge on and strut their stuff Size & height 5/5 - it's exactly the size they claim it is. I've seen some complaints about it not reaching things people want to use it for, and that's not really on the product that's on your own judgment and lack of confirming what size you need. It lines up to the Ferret Nation or Critter Nation entrance perfectly which I really appreciate Value for money 5/5 - All other pet stairs are pretty expensive. This one's cheap, simple, does the job, and lasts a long time Would love to be able to order just the covers, but honestly these stairs are a staple in my house, I use them for different things whenever I move homes

I was a little concerned reading some reviews about this item collapsing. But I took a chance and have to say I find it very sturdy. The key is to be sure to fully click all joints together as you are assembling. If there are any gaps, the item will be weak at that point. The item comes with cross bars that snap on to stabilize the back. Mine also came with two bars to stabilize the bottom, although these were not shown in the instructions, but I installed them easily enough. The item was very easy to assemble; took about 5 minutes. The cover is soft and fits will. There are strips of elastic sewn onto each corner and the instructions say to attach these, but I don't see anything obvious to attach them to. But the cover stays on just fine anyway. It would be easy to run a ribbon or string through the four corner elastics and tie it to pull them securely in place underneath. The item is lightweight and I can just pick it up and carry it by grabbing from the back. My dog resisted using the steps at first. But with a little game and treats, he soon learned what it was for. Now he prefers to take the stairs instead of jumping up or down from the couch. Be sure to get tall enough stairs for your pup to reach the sofa. The top step is narrow and doesn't offer leverage for leaping more than a couple of inches. Better to pay a little more and get stairs that end very close to the top of the seat cushion on the sofa. I feel like this was good value for the money as many pet stairs cost much more.

They’re stairs. However extremely chinsy. Flimsy. The cover is super poorly made too. If I had the box I would return. My dog doesn’t even use them. We have several dog stairs in the home as well. These were just so our wiener dog could get on the couch easily. Would not recommend.

These steps are great. Very sturdy and strong. My dog feels secure going up and down. They were very easy to put together with no tools. But the reason for the 4 stars is that it comes with 4 suction cups to put on the bottom of the stairs with these sticky stickers to put on the suction cups. But I tried several different ways to put the suction cups on but I couldn't get them on. The instructions weren't very helpful either. So I left them off. Other than that, the stairs are great!

Good steps, easy to assemble. But they are too narrow and too steep for my senior chihuahua. He has gotten used to them. But they’re not the most ideal. Probably great for younger dogs!

I have a small 13 year old dog that cannot safely get on/off the sofa or the bed and these steps have been an absolute game-changer. After using them for some time, I can confidently say they’re one of the most practical pet purchases I’ve made. In fact, I now have a set for the bed and a set for the sofa. These steps are good quality with a solid frame and non-slip feet, so they don't slide around on my tile floors. The cover is easily removed so you can easily wash it. The stability of these steps gave my dog the confidence to use them without hesitation.

I ordered these steps because they said they could hold up to 50 lbs. I have a 27 lb. dog but the steps were too close together for him to go up. Also, the cover that was on it did not fit, almost as if it was shrunk. I returned them and will purchase bigger ones. I did like the quality of the steps, they appeared very sturdy! I did find them quite easy to put together too. I'm thinking these would be great for a 20 lb animal (or less).

En si, esta bien. La esturtura es solida y se arma muy facilmente. El detalle es que la tela es bastante delgada y queda muy estirada, en particular en las esquinas del escalon mas bajo y no creo que dure mucho. Pusimos un refuerzo dejabo de la tela para que dure un poco mas, pero definitavmente lo mejor seria mandar a hacer otro forro con una tela mas gruesa antes de que se rompa.

No me gusto , esta demasiada chiquita ! Ni para un chihuahua
