Great customer support
One of two chairs had a broken part holding the chair back from falling. The company quickly replaced it and I am sending damaged chair back. The chairs are large and very comfortable. Easy to get up .

Doesn't hold up to everyday use
Do not buy. I bought this almost 5 months ago. Today I went to sit in it and one whole side of the seat ripped away. I am not heavy set so it was not my weight that caused the problem. Luckily I only bruised my back.

Very versatile
I take this everywhere with me, the only thing is the armrest sometimes slip into the slot if you don't make sure it's secure and sturdy when you sit, it will give you a quick jump scare lol

good chair design if it didnt break after just a few uses - the hooks that hold the back broke, so im limited to just a few reclining options.

Crappy chair
This chair is crap for the price I was charged. It literally completely broke after may 3 hours of use. Both arms were not sturdy and after putting it back to nap, it snapped completely off the arms. I was 11” off the ground and my head hit the sand which you can imagine was not a comfortable spot to be in. This company should be ashamed to say how sturdy it is! Would not recommend this chair!!

The seat broke.
So, bought this beach chair. Beautiful color. Comfy. The seat broke in a month. Not cheap. 79.00. People need to know this.
