Would this be good to use for flavoring water?

Yes- one of the major uses of Flavor Essence flavorings is for water, sparkling water/seltzer and sodastream applications. The Coconut and each of the fruited flavors (like Black Cherry, Raspberry, Strawberry and Tangerine) does well in water and customers have compared it them favorably to better known pre-flavored waters by LaCroix and by Polar. Our Coconut has more of a clean, fresh-shaved style of coconut personality.

Right here in New England --Hampton, New Hampshire. (This is a boutique little one-horse show, with the part-time help -as of this date--from two 86 and 87-year old parents).
