Helped me stay asleep longer. Bit expensive but they work much better than Relex or other cheaper brands

Must have for sleep
I find these send me right to sleep, great addition for someone who has trouble with sleeping! Well priced however I only take one a day (as 10mg of zinc is all you need and more will cause issues with bones (google NHS zinc requirements)) which makes it even cheaper. Nice addition of Ashwagandha however I don't think it makes a difference when only taking one a day so you'd have to supplement this elsewhere.

I try my first supply of those , and I research in internet about the ingredients, but the magnesium oxide is not the best for this recipes,that is true..but in the total o can't say this product doesn't work ,because have help me for sleep or relax a bit better,due for the aswaghanda as well ...

The bottle didn’t have a seal when opened? Possible been opened before delivery? Haven’t counted if any are missing out of the 90 capsules …
