If you are looking for a cup that will keep your warm beverage or cold beverage warm for a long time then this is it. I had coffee in there for 6 hours and it stayed hot. The only thing I didn’t like was it was not dishwasher safe. My husband accidentally put it in the dishwasher and the picture on the front came off.

Got for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. She absolutely loves it! Cup feels durable and the size fits our cup holders! She is a big Supernatural fan so it was a win for sure!

The item looks exactly as pictured. I put my coffee in when I wake up and I can nurse it for three hours without it getting cold. Some afternoons, I put a powdered drink in it with some ice. I take forever to finish my drink. Even longer than coffee. I've used it at least a dozen times and my drink has never gotten warm. If anything, it keeps the drink too cold! It fits nicely in my car's cupholders. What else... The color is pretty in person. It is a little darker than what I would traditionally think of as "rose gold". I like it. The illustration seems to be on there securely but I will definitely be hand washing it. The sliding piece pops off the lid very easily for cleaning. The lid itself fits securely enough that I could gently turn the whole thing upside down (I wasn't gonna shake it or anything. lol), but it comes off with little effort when you pull it. The price was comparable ($21.99 with Prime shipping) to other cups of the same quality. Plus, SUPERNATURAL! Which was what I searched for. So... Good deal all around!

Major SPN fan here. I was gifted this stainless steel mug for Christmas 2022. I had a problem with the slide to be able to drink from it. I went to wash it thinking it was like my other stainless steel mugs where the slide comes off. It's not meant to come off so I broke it off. I didn't mind that since I wasn't using the slide to close it. Then I forgot that I wasn't supposed to put in the dishwasher and poor Moose & Squirrel barely survived (for SPN fans we can laugh at that scenario.) I ordered myself a replacement mug and the new one is exactly the same. The only thing I would change is the slide for the top. I would prefer one that comes completely apart for cleaning since this is a hot / cold mug without proper cleaning mold can grow in those crevices. I do not understand why there is a rating on softness requested as this is stainless steel - it is NOT soft in any way.

This was bought for my wife, for mother's day, she lovves it, as she loves supernatural, problem is one of the lugs has broken for the sliding part you use to drink, so it just falls off whenever she wants to drink from it, i would like a new lid for the cup, if anyone from customer services reads this please email me

It is one of the best tumblers I’ve had. It holds temperature for hours. Does not leak and very secure if you learn how to use it. My only issue is the characters are very green and don’t look bright shiny amine coloured.
