Is it loud enough to annoy a bad next door neighbor (house, not apartment)?? Or should I find something louder for better effect?

It's not that loud so you woukd need to look forsomething else. ;)

says batteries included? any tricks to getting it to work? sent to myself to include in care pkg i am sending along....and want to make sure itworks

Works straight out of the package and it is hilariously funny!! Even after all this time after I gave it to my husband for Xmas we still use it and laugh. My son was pressing it today. We leave it on the end table. Every time someone walks past it we press it or when my husband is being one I press it. Lol
