Low priced meter that does the job and works just fine. May not be as robust as some of the higher priced options but as long as you don't abuse it, it will last.

I bought one before and it had some issues. It did not measure even after changing batteries or following all instructions. Got another one , And it works fine. Measures the voltage of a 9 volt battery correctly. And also a 18 volt Milwaukee battery. This is a good inexpensive tester and recommend for occasional home use and hobbyists. Great for fixing things at home.
