So, I am not really sure on this. I know I feel a little sluggish when I don't take it. So, my best guess is that is working. While you don't feel the difference overnight, you may feel the difference weeks in. I love the fact that's a gummy and it tastes good although I can do without the sugar. There is not really a smell to it. So, that's good. Fingers crossed that it does what it says it is going to do.

Arrived on time. Taste and smell great (orange). Seem to be working equally as well as the 500mg gummies i was taking previously. Not at all sticky.
