Sturdy and overall good value. I use this to point out damage on heavy duty trucks when taking photo and video. The telescopic feature does not wear this pointer out easily.

I tutor literacy in the lowest primary grades and bought the pointer so that I could tutor with social distancing. I didn't measure the extension but it probably telescopes to three feet. However, I was not prepared for the miracle that followed my purchase. Even very young children can be dispirited or embarrassed by their illiteracy if they are far behind in class. I knew that standing at the board gave a couple of them a sense of empowerment so I decided to let them handle my new pointer. Next thing I knew, some of my slowest readers were on fire with a level of performance I had never seen. Let's just hope it sticks!

The pointer telescopes to reach points on a wall map in geography class. It functions well and meets the need of the teacher.

Cons apart but sturdy

This extendable pointer is just as described and arrived in record time! It is lightweight and extends easily to different lengths. It's just right for my purposes.

Got this for my husband so he can point out important things around the house. Especially helpful while watching the Padres with Don and Mudcat.

I carry it on my purse or my jacket pocket. Just in case.
