Fabulous resource beautifully presented which I read cover to cover and continue to dip in an out of. An excellent resource for those of us without a sports science or similar background in terms of understanding and preventing injury. Its very easy to follow, the illustrations and photographs are clear and easy to follow, whilst being informative. This has really helped me to improve my practice. I have been so much more mindful of my form and engagement since reading this, and my technique has become much cleaner. I would highly recommend this to anyone concerned with how and why the body responds as it is does in aerial arts.
