Is any testing done in the United States to verify toxin or mold levels, and that the coffee is actually produced without pesticides?

Yes it is tested TWICE for mold. First our green importers test and reject any coffee shipments if they had any mold, so it would never reach us. Then after we receive coffee from our green importers we also inspect for mold. Both our green importers and our business are certified FSMA facilities. (Food Safety Modernization Act) and our food safety processes are inspected regularly by the FDA.

How is this ground? I am looking for a coarse grind for a french press.

This is NOT coarse ground. You will have residue at the bottom of your cup every time using a french press.

What is the typical amount of time beans are shipped to customers after roasting?

Your coffee is roasted then shipped to Amazon within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you for your question.

How do we find out when the bag I received was roasted?

To the manufacturer regarding your response "by using the sell by date". That is not the same as the roasting date. That was a deceptive response. Would you care to try again with a more transparent answer?
