How do you remove the tattoo? It’s been on my daughters arm for two solid weeks now even with bathing and swimming. Haha

My granddaughter's parents did not mention anything like that. I would try baby oil. Let it sit on tattoo, then wash with warm water.

Where is it made in? What are the ingredients in contact with the skin?
