Should oil pressure sensor be changed also ? I have lower pressure readings after pump change

If you have any doubt about pressure take it to a shop. I have had issues with carbon plugging up my screen and cleaned it out many times. I also replaced the pump and oil pickup pipe on my 6.0 FYI a standard balancer puller won’t fit a 6.0. Sumit has a puller.

It fit on my 2005 6.0 lq4 I'm not 100 % sure but I think it will. Do some forum research they can be of more help.

Does it come with a timing cover gasket?

No it only comes with the o ring for the pick up screen, it comes with no engine gaskets
