Defective an incomplete set of lapo lock
Defective lock plus missing accessories so can’t complete installation by carpenter and wastage of day plus 800/- labour charges.

Great Customer Service
The product is sturdy and good looking which it should be according to the price. However, the rating is more for customer service as that is way better than other brands. After a very long time I have come across such customer service. While struggling with Samsung for their wrong diagnosis and incorrect part replacement this customer service experience was truly phenomenal.
