comfortable and quiet
These inserts are the best quality I've found for the little money spent, great arch support with immediate pain relief and are not noisy at all. Slide perfectly and comfortably to fit well in my shoes.

Saved my feet from plantar fasciitis pain
These were recommended by a couple other tennis players. I was skeptical at first and the price seemed a bit high, but I finally decided to give them a shot and upset I took so long. They provide the exact arch support I need and keep me pain free on the court. Been running them for a few months now while playing tennis 3-4 times a week for 2 hours a shot, I haven’t found the extent of their durability yet. They fit precisely to size no cutting or shaving was needed to fit my court shoes. Build quality is high and they are lightweight. I highly recommend if you have foot pain and need the support.

Comfortable and effective high arch.
Easy to trim, but also sized well out of the box for my size 9 shoes. I bought for the high arch and love it. Very comfortable for everyday walking and sport shoes.

Great Insole for running
Did not work for my ASICS Gel 8 size 6.5 sneaker as the arch placemat was lower than actually should be in the shoe. I put in my adidas ultrboost 5 for running instead and it is perfect. I bought a second pair of this insole to put in my other ultraboost running sneakers. Big difference in feel, comfort, and ankle support when running!!!!

Thin inside the shoe and help with stability
These are the best! Great quality. These inserts are thin but stable. I am so glad I got them. They fit in a tennis shoe with the low sole.

Super Einlagen. Habe sie für meine Tennisschuhe gekauft, da die Einlagen schlecht sind, wie eigentlich bei allen Anbietern von Tennisschuhen. Die Einlagen sind Top, der Fuß sitz gut und es stört nichts. Hatte erst gedacht, es geht nicht. Ich kann die nur empfehlen.

Ansich gute Sohle, aber mir kommt sie für diesen hohen Preis zu schnell durchgelaufen vor (großer Zehe) und absolutes NO-GO; man bekommt extra StinkeFüße. Da habe ich NIE, auch bei 35 Grad im Sommer nicht Leider noch keine besser Alternative gefunden, daher erneuter Kauf
