The water in my town has a high level of DBPs, which can't be boiled out, so I've been looking for a low-profile and cost-effective solution to safe water. I don't need cold or hot and didn't have room for a large water station, so was looking for an attractive, counter-top solution. I've only owned this for a few days, but it is exactly what I was looking for. It's lovely sitting on my counter top. The listing says it's 3.2 gallon capacity and the box says 2.5. I bought a 4-gallong jug ofspring water and didn't measure, so can't say how much it actually holds, but many people will use it by putting a jug on top, so it doesn't matter. I've decided to fill it rather than sit a jug on top because of space constraints, but it's clearly built to take the weight. This is very attractive with a smooth finish, has a solid stainless-steel spigot and doesn't leak. Perfect.

Seems like a high-quality crock. I was worried the spout would be flimsy but it's solid and works well. It arrived really well packed - solid box with thick styrofoam. I'm saving the box and packaging in case I need to move. I'm happy with the purchase.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the Geo Sports Porcelain Ceramic Crock Water Jug! Its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and its compact size is perfect for saving counter space. Not only does it look great, but it also functions flawlessly—dispensing water smoothly without any leaks. I bought a 5 gallon glass jar to go with it, but realized the glass is too heavy to even be lifted. So I just put the water directly to to the jug. It's exactly what I needed, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase!​

Embarrassing $100 for this and not only that I waste a 5 gallon jug of water, but I have to return it cause it leaks all over the place from the valve! No way am I playing around with the valve to try and figure out how to make the leak stop! Absolutely garbage.

Some reviews mention these leaking after a few weeks. The manual mentions shipping damage that causes hairline cracks that can lead to this, but it seemed well packaged to me. We’ve had ours for a few days, and it’s been great so far. I love the simplicity of the product, and it appears to be easy to clean. (A wrench is required to pull the faucet for cleaning, and I haven’t tried this yet.) The mechanism for the faucet is nice. I was considering getting some glass 5 gallon carboys (with handles, and probably wrapped in a old-school rope mesh for safety), but the manual specifically warns against this due to weight. (Five gallon plastic is fine.) Will update the review if it leaks. In hindsight, I’d have paid a bit more for one that supports glass.

almost exact color as advertised. Does nit leak a drop. But spigot handle moves a little jinky…I’m worried about the internal valve seals. Jury is out. Otherwise very nice. would have gotten 5 if nit for suspect spigot

Quality product. I love the stainless steel nozzle (versus the plastic ones). This is my 2nd purchase for use elsewhere. Sturdy, sleek design and aesthethetically pleasing. No leaking or need to replace nozzle. Ive had my original one for over 2 years now.

This water crock was so nice! It is well made with good quality materials, and it is well finished. This holds a 5 gallon bottle of water without any issues. The spout on this is great ; it allows easy pouring of water or liquids, and it barely drips. Unfortunately, the price on this particular one was very high. I ended up having to return it because I found less expensive alternative on Amazon.com which I was able to pick up in the United States.

Es muy bonito, se percibe muy buena calidad en todos sus componentes, la llave tiene muy buen caudal, no gotea, todo funcionando perfectamente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is for our guests water in our business and it keeps it naturally a bit cooler than room temperature which is nice, it does not get that slimy film in it. And it is made beautifully, which I was happy about because it is quite pricey. But I am happy with it after having it for over six months.!

This crock started leaking 1 week after I filled it. The faucet was not leaking. Within 3 weeks the horizontal lines shown in the picture appeared and were wet. The crock slowly leaks!!!!!!

The product was beautiful and practical when it just arrived. However, one month after we first started using it, we saw cracks on the product. We are not sure when will the product fall apart. Kindly advice if this is eligible for a replacement.
