Keys Numeric Keypad, Retractable USB Cord Financial Accounting Number Keyboard for Mac Windows XP Laptop Desktop PC (19 Keys)

I am old school and my latest Laptop did not have a ten-key pad. I got the laptop with the intent of getting an external pad. I chose this model because of the reviews. I am glad I did. It is simple and easy to use, no lag time with entry, and (obviously) very portable.I tried it with a usb extension and also with it attached directly to the laptop. Both worked as expected.For the price, and the responsiveness you can't go wrong.

needed a numeric keypad for a laptop without one. plug and play worked right away. the retractable usb cable is a bit flimsy but so far is intact. keyboard feels as good as the laptop keyboard, and I can touch entry easily. key placement is the same as a normal keypad.

I was looking for a numeric keypad to use with my work laptop. My husband thought this would be good because the cord was retractable. Where I set it up, it didn’t matter that the cord was retractable, it’s very lightweight, and doesn’t feel very sturdy. If I hit beyond the key, the whole thing will tilt in that direction. There is a clacking noise for each keystroke which becomes annoying when it’s quiet But, it does the job I need.

Works as advertised and does exactly what I need it to do.Used on a Windows 7 laptop that does not have a physical 10-key setup. It took a moment for Windows to automatically configure the keypad. Once active, it worked great. The keys are a bit springy, but work very well. The backspace and 000 keys are a great bonus compared to my standard 10-key on regular keyboard. The retracting usb cable can be a bit finicky, trying to make sure it pulls out and retracts properly, but does not detract from the overall product experience.

The pad works fine and the adjustable cable is convenient. If there is a problem, that will be the durability of the cable. The cable is thin and looks fragile to me. I think it requires a bit of care and gentleness when pulling the cable out.

Only used for a couple weeks. So far its been great.

Used to work great, liked the retractable cord. The keypad itself stopped working properly after about 4 months. It has power, but only about 1/4 of the keys actually type. Return window is closed, so now I need to buy another.

The 0 gets stuck alot.
