How quickly does this begin working?

I gave it a month of using it before I started noticing that it was keeping my numbers in the normal range and as long as I stay on it my numbers have stayed good. I did get off of it once and within a month I found that my numbers shot up again, went back and within a month I was once again back in the healthy numbers range. I'm a very happy customer 🙂
