A very easy read and cute too. My six year old grandson can read this quite easily and it’s one of his favorite books. We giggle at the monkey’s antics and chittering at the peddler.

Caps for Sale was one of my favorite books when I was a little girl, so I was really excited to share this story with my 3 year old. It did not disappoint!! My daughter giggled through the entire 1st reading. It instantly became her favorite book and we"ve literally read it every night for the past few weeks.. After reading it only a few times, she picked up on the repetitive text and now she loves to "read" along with me. She also loves to act out all of the Peddler's and the monkeys' actions, which entertains anyone who happens to be nearby at storytime and always ends by her dissolving into tears of laughter. So much fun! We definitely recommend Caps for Sale to kids of all ages.

I don't suggest ordering this book. Multiple reviews mention misprints but I still gave it a chance. I was wildly disappointed when I opened my package and found only a sheet of cardstock paper with a very poorly printed picture of the cover of the book. I messaged the seller where they said they couldn't find my order number and to contact Amazon instead.
