I have purchased both the vanilla and the smooth chocolate flavours. I mix my shakes with water as suggested for best weight loss effects. The powders mix easily with the water! The vanilla flavour is drinkable! It’s not the best flavour in the world, but I have had my different brands and this was the best quality. The smooth chocolate is INCREDIBLE!! It tastes just like a chocolate milkshake, even when mixed with water! I have been using the shakes for approx a week, and I have no yet lost any weight which is a downside. I have been tracking my food on my fitness pal, and so hopefully I’ll start to lose weight soon! I 100% recommend the smooth chocolate flavour to anyone!

I’ve been using this product for years, and it never disappoints! The Chocolate Smooth flavour is fantastic, and with the frequent special offers, it’s unbeatable in terms of value for money. The taste is great, and the nutrition profile hits all the right marks, making it the most affordable and convenient way to meet your daily protein needs. I’m giving mixability a 4 because, while it blends well, it’s even better with a blender or shaker ball. Effectiveness is solid, but I’m giving it 4 stars as results can vary depending on your overall diet and training routine. + Do not cheap out and buy unflavoured, really not worth the cost savings, trust me.

I bought chocolate smooth and I found out that it's one of the nicest tasting protein shakes I've ever had. The amount of protein in it may not be huge but when you factor in the fact that mixing it with milk which has the same level of protein or higher then you should roughly get 40g+. However when I mixed with with milk it tasted amazing for the first few sips and then I noticed that the amazing flavour slowly disappeared and you were met with some dull flavour. This might be me simply using too much milk but I did use the amount they recommend too and found the same results. The taste after the first few sips isn't a bad taste, but it just tastes like a "milked" down version of the amazing taste that you get at the first few sips. Easy to mix if shaken well enough. Didn't find it gritty at all. All in all a good protein powder and for the price you are paying its very hard to give it a bad review. Plus comparing this to all of the competitor products that I've used which are either double or triple the price then you can clearly see this is the winner.

I picked up this whey protein when it was on sale, and for the price at that time it was definitely worth it. The mixability was decent, taste was fine, and it did the job as a post-workout shake. There are fancier options out there, but if you’re after something budget-friendly and effective, this works well.

It’s okay. Mixes well with water or milk and in foods such as porridge, but it is sickly sweet. Nice and low on calories per serving for the amount of protein.

This whey protein is good quality with great flavours, I recommend mixing it with milk rather than water for the best taste. The size is convenient for use, and I would definitely buy it again.

Buen sabor y buena cantidad y calidad para el precio. Viene con un cacito dosificador. La única pega que le pondría es que el cierre no sella bien, pero es la primera vez que lo compro, así que tal vez fue solamente en este saco.
