Returning and getting a refund is hellish and luckily I fixed it. Don’t want to go through that kind of experience again as it was really disappointing.

The figure itself is really nice but came with a broken leg (the standing one) which I eventually attached myself. Returning and getting a refund is hellish and luckily I fixed it. Don’t want to go through that kind of experience again as it was really disappointing.

Very well made!
I usually don’t spend my hard earned money “collecting” useless items but I’m a super fan of W&G and this figurine is so well made and I can’t help to smile every time I look up from my desk at home and there it is: Wallace in the wrong trousers!

Poor design but super cute
Actually the leg was broken when I opened the box. It’s a super cute, kind of rare figurine but I could not use it. Even my strongest super glue couldn’t repair it. I think the figure is too heavy & unbalanced to be a useful item. We LOVE Wallace of course!

Detailed Figurine But Poor Packaging
The intricate detail on this figurine is great with little stand to snap on the figure. However, it's encased in a tight plastic box which you must remove with care. Otherwise, the standing leg will break off. This can be fixed with clear Gorilla Glue after several hours of holding in place. I did this, and the figurine now looks perfect. Just a cautionary word of advice when opening the item as the bottom leg doesn't snap back on (must be glued if it breaks off). Otherwise, it's a wonderful collectable.

Broken foot on original purchase AND replacement
It seems that little tiny leg isn’t really strong enough to keep the foot attached. I’m not going to order another replacement. Just gonna request a refund.

Our family grew up with, and love, Wallace and Gromit! Our son loved this quality Christmas gift for his condo and it’s a fun conversation piece in his living room. 😁 Very well packaged and great quality for the price too.
