It's a great little battery pack for the price, definitely recommended. It's all got the feather in you might need. I'v jumped started my motorcycle and as well SUV with it no fuss! Charge time is fast and it hold the juice for a very long time. I've had for month no problem so far. Only Con is that it has very small battery cables.

The peace of mind I have, knowing that my daughter has this (fully-charged) in her car if/when she needs it. We have AAA, but having this immediately available can avoid waiting and anything that can happen on the road while waiting. Helps her be more self-sufficient. I learned of the product when the parking garage I was parked in came to the rescue. When I first saw the product, I said “Yeah right...” but sure enough it started up my car in seconds! Boy, was I wrong! Don’t judge a book (or charger in this case) by its cover...

I like the number of outputs and the fit and finish of the jump pack. I bought it to run a heated jacket during hunting season so we will see how well it holds up. It did arrive with 3% battery and I charged it to 10% before trying it on the jacket. Jacket heats up nicely but I need to determine how long it will run before it's completely dead.

Didn't work to jump-start my car and wouldn't hold a charge.

I bought this because I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was constantly needing boosted off. It was easy to learn to use and was convenient to boost my car off to live around the yard when needed. Ive had it for almost 3 years but I’ve probably used it less than 20 times since I ordered it. I tried using it tonight to start my car so I could start the Jeep to add antifreeze for the upcoming freezing weather. I had to reset it 5 or 6 times and it wouldn’t even turn my car over. The last time I reset it, smoke came out of the USB ports and a weird metallic burned smell. I realized the battery was very hot to touch. Reading some of the other reviews, the battery swelling and malfunctioning is an issue. That being said, it worked great until it didn’t. Although I’ve had it for a few years, I had hoped it would have lasted longer due to the relatively low number of uses.

The device looks good, nice and sturdy. I haven't used it yet because it gets less than 3% of charge. I'm afraid that the period had damaged the battery. Customer service said that there should not be any problem because of this. I'm going to update my review in a few months if I notice bad battery performance.

I am doubtful about all these nice reviews and I did fall for it. The product came to me with its battery level at 0% - completely discharged. Any lithium battery will hold charge for a very long time. I charged this unit and then observed how soon it discharges. In about 6 hours the battery level went down by 5%, so this unti will completely discharge without being used in about 5 days. This defeats the purpose of a jump starter. Customer care does understand the problem. Useless product,

I liked the self contained carrying zippered carrying pouch. All parts fit neatly into the pouch/carrying case. The battery jumper arrived with 80 percent charge. I topped up the charge to 100 percent. This unit has more than enough power to start my 3 ltr. engine. This unit replaced similar unit that I gave to my son. Better to have one and not need it...than to need it and not have one. I'd buy again for a gift.
